Following being bed bound for 18 months, comfort eating, learning to live independently again, now comes the weight loss. I have lost a stone and a half and one dress size since becoming active again, but the journey doesn’t end there. I gained a fair amount of weight while being immobile and of course i would like to lose it again. So…

We have tried going full bang from the start and its not worked for us at all so we are trying baby steps. This months goal is to drink only water and to walk for 30mins a day.. no matter the weather. I also have my own personal goal and that is too eat 3 meals a day, and to get out of the mind set that not eating will equals weight loss.. it did in my teens, it doesn’t in my mid-twenties.
Hopefully one day i will feel confident enough to post pictures.. right now.. not so much.
